The median price was $194,000.
The Walla Walla and College Place average single family home sale price was $203,995.
The median price was $201,500. 68% of those homes sold in Walla Walla with 17% selling in College Place.
July’s housing inventory was higher than it has been in the last 5 years, with closed sales just below last year at this time.
